Baron and the Doc go back to 1984 to check out the latest film in DC's Wonder Woman franchise.
Midway through the episode, they prove themselves to be the real superheroes after being evacuated from their makeshift studio at the Pentridge Prison Palace Cinemas.
Wonder Woman 1984 is directed by Patty Jenkins and stars Gal Gadot (mispronounced by the Doc!), Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig and Pedro Pascal.

This week Baron and the Doc watch and debate the not yet released Promising Young Woman, starring Carey Mulligan. It's a challenging and confronting film, but also a wild and fun ride. We really enjoyed this chat, which we recorded at the Pentridge Prison Palace Cinemas for the first time.

Baron and The Doc never shut up about The Shining, so were both itching to talk about its sequel, Doctor Sleep.
Written and directed by Mike Flanagan, based on the book by Stephen King, with more than a dash of Stanley Kubrick, and starring Ewan McGregor, Rebecca Ferguson, Kyliegh Curran and Cliff Curtis.

Baron and The Doc watch and review another Austin Film Festival film - The Blue Orchid ( Den Blå Orkidé ).
Directed by Carl Marott and starring Joachim Fjelstrup, Ken Vedsegaard, Julie Grundtvig Wester, Shelly Levy and Mattias Naan.
The Blue Orchid was a staff pick at the festival.
